On 20 February 2019, SIA “Tiesu namu aģentūra” (TNA) and the Central Finance and Contracting Agency, as the Cooperation Authority, concluded an Agreement on the Implementation of European Union Fund Project No.4.2.1.2/17/I/042 and began implementation of the project “Improving the energy efficiency of the administrative building at Lomonosova iela 10, Riga”.
The essence of the project.
Improving energy efficiency simultaneously ensures a positive and favourable impact on the environment and quality, appropriate conditions for the staff and clients of the Riga City Latgale Suburb Court.
The objective of the project.
To promote the improvement of energy efficiency in a state building and smart energy management and the use of renewable energy resources – Lomonosova iela 10, Riga.
Duration of the project.
The originally planned implementation period of the project was 27 months, i.e. until 19 May 2021. However, having now taken stock of the actual situation and the progress of the project’s implementation, incl. the execution of construction works and the process of commissioning the building, a decision was taken to extend the implementation period of the project by 3 months, i.e. until 19 August 2021.
Project costs.
In February this year the total project costs were revised, reflecting the actual total sum of the concluded construction works contract.
Total project costs, including VAT – 827 269,04 EUR
Total eligible project costs, excluding VAT – 664 355 EUR
Total ineligible project costs – 162 914,04 EUR (remaining sum of 19 338,42 excluding VAT and VAT sum of 143 575,62)
European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funding – 564 701,75 EUR
State budget funding – 99 653,25 EUR
