TNA ensures the operation of the IT infrastructure of the courts of the Republic of Latvia, the Ministry of Justice, several of its subordinate institutions, and other clients, by maintaining and administering workstations, servers and computer networks, serving more than 4,500 workstations and servers throughout Latvia.

In providing IT services, TNA applies an IT service management system that complies with IT industry best practice (ITIL) and ISO 20000-1:2018.
