On July 14, 2020, the Riga City Building Authority commissioned the Riga City Pārdaugava Court building at Daugavgrīvas iela 58, Riga.
On May 17, 2019, a contract was concluded with SIA “PRO DEV” as the contractor, providing that the contractor would carry out all the construction works provided for in the contract to improve the energy efficiency of the administrative building at Daugavgrīvas iela 58, Riga, by December 12, 2019.
Construction works carried out to improve the building’s energy efficiency – insulating the attic floor, replacing existing wooden exterior doors, replacing the attic hatch, improving the building’s external enclosing structures, improving the building’s technical systems, replacing glass blocks with new windows/insulating window openings, insulating the above- and below-ground sections of the basement wall, insulating the 1st-floor floor/1m below ground level). The construction works were financed partly from the European Regional Development Fund and partly from TNA’s own funds.
The construction works are being carried out under project ID No. 4.2.1.2./18/I/024 “Improving the energy efficiency of the administrative building at Daugavgrīvas iela 58, Riga” within Measure 4.2.1.2 “Promoting energy efficiency improvements in state buildings” of specific support objective 4.2.1 “Promoting energy efficiency improvements in state and residential buildings” of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) “Growth and Employment” Operational Programme.
The project’s objective is to promote energy efficiency improvements in state buildings, smart energy management, and the use of renewable energy resources. Improving the energy efficiency of the administrative building at Daugavgrīvas iela 58, Riga, simultaneously ensures a positive and favorable impact on the environment and quality, appropriate conditions for the staff and clients of the Riga City Pārdaugava Court.
