The State joint-stock company “Tiesu namu aģentūra” (TNA) has again reported that it has begun implementing a project under the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) operational programme “Growth and Employment”, specific support objective 4.2.1 “Promote energy efficiency improvements in state and residential buildings”, activity 4.2.1.2 “Promote energy efficiency improvements in state buildings”. Project – Improving the energy efficiency of the administrative building at Lomonosova iela 10, Riga, Project ID No. 4.2.1.2/17/I/042.

On 16 November 2020, under the contract concluded on 4 December 2019 between TNA and the contractor SIA “IMG Constructor” for construction works to improve the energy efficiency of the administrative building at Lomonosova iela 10, Riga, the final construction works were accepted. The process of putting the building into operation is now beginning.
Under the contract, the following construction works, or energy efficiency improvement measures, were carried out – insulation of the attic floor, insulation of the upper ceiling, replacement of double-glazed wooden windows and wooden windows with double-glass units with new ones, replacement of wooden and metal doors, improvement of the building’s external enclosing structures, and improvement of the building’s technical systems.
The total construction cost is estimated at approximately EUR 680,000. The construction works are financed partly from European Regional Development Fund resources and partly from TNA’s own resources.
